MP620 printer

Printer will only print the headings in blue and not the black text in e-mail. Any help would be appreciated

Hello curt,

To begin, please try printing a nozzle check pattern and compare the results with the image that has been attached.  If the pattern prints incorrectly, 2-3 cleanings may have to be done.

I changed out the black ink ( large one) and this did the trick, looks as if the ink some how wasn't getting to the print head. Working fine now.
