The "nozzle test" appears normal, including the black grid, but when I try to print a black & white copy or print from the computer, the areas that should be black are fairly dark magenta.
FWIW in the nozzle test, I am not sure about the last "color" line, as it says BK but the color printed is a muddy yellow.
Any idea how this could be happening? The ink cartridges are in the correct slots. An earlier test copy was very weak on the black but upon removing the print head, a piece of ink soaked paper was stuck to the underside, haveing removed that, the black looked normal in the nozzle test, but any other attempts to copy/print etc. are magenta.
