I have been trying to get this all in one working on Linux.
It was detected and the driver downloaded correctly. The test page printed correctly.
I then printed a small text file from the computer and it came out in landscape at a reduced size and all other prints have done the same no matter what I use and no matter how many times I select A4 potrate in what ever word processor I open.
I have tried another test print and that now also prints in landscape at the much reduced size.
I have tried switching on with buttons pressed and held down in order to try and get a factory reset with no success.
Are there any other clues as to what to do with it?
Perhaps the button needs to be held down for longer than 10 seconds?
I have had a good look for other posts about this issue and have only found one with no replies.
