Have switched to Windows 10. Now PIXMA MX870 doesn't recognize MP Navigator for scanning. Reads "Internal Error Code:3,202,19 Scan Gear". I am connected wirelessly from printer to laptop and printing is fine. Still need the cord to phone jack for fax. Have done the MP Navigator update/download for Windows 10 at Canon Support. Any suggestions.?

Hello.
Please try the following to see if we can resolve this issue:
1. From the Start menu, click Settings, Devices, Printers & Scanners.
2. Towards the bottom of the Printers & Scanners area, turn off Let Windows manage my default printer.
3. Once this has been done, uninstall the MP Drivers and MP Navigator.
4. You may also have to delete any extra icons of the printer in the Printers & Scanners menu.
5. Next, reinstall the drivers and MP Navigator again.
Once this has been done, try scanning to test the unit.
If the issue persists, find more help at Contact Us.
