My MG7610 works flawlessly as a wireless network printer and prints brilliant photographs. But in recent times it has dveloped an irritating fault. When you turn it off it displays the message "Ending... Please wait a while." Then it refuses to quit - I've waited over 2 hours before giving up and pulling out the plug. Then I get the warning about turning off properly.
I have followed advice on this forim: "Unplug, push the On/Off button 5 times and wait 30 mins before plugging in again" This seems to fix the problem for a while, then the shut down problem happens again. Is it a driver problem? A firmware problem? Any suggestions welcome.
