MG6320 code 1410

After cleaning print head via printer..  The printing was okay.  Deep cleaned via printer one more time.  The next day I tried to print again and received code 1410.  Replaced with new Y and PGBK cartridges.  Changed nothing.  Still shows code 1410.

Any suggestions besides a new printer for my Pixma MG6320?

Hi BuckyZ,

 

The 1410 error is an indication that your PIXMA MG6320 does not detect one or more of the ink tanks installed.

 

Please make sure that your PIXMA MG6320 has all of the ink tanks installed and that none of them have any tape or cellophane on them.

 

Also, please make sure you are using compatible ink:

 

CLI-251BK     Black
CLI-251GY     Gray
CLI-251Y       Yellow
PGI-250PGBK     Black
CLI-251C     Cyan
CLI-251M     Magenta
