Sorry for replying without a solution, but I wanted to add for anyone else reading this thread that my MX920 series has been having the same issue.

Hello.

Try printing a nozzle check printout from the Maintenance menus of each printer to ensure that the units are printing correctly.  Cleanings may have to be performed if any colors are missing.
