My 5720 doesn't print. Just sits there. There is no "print" icon, just copy, scan, cloud, LAN settings, Advanced print. I have it on DC direct connection. It is the default printer for my computer, running windows 10.

Hello.
There is no "print" menu available on the printer itself. When a print command is sent from a computer, it should start printing.
If the unit does not respond when you attempt to print from a computer, there may be issues with communication.
