1) Acer Aspire
2) i5-4440 CPU (64-bit processor)
3) 10 Gb RAM
4) 1 Tb disc
5) Windows 8.1 64-bit OS
Removed and installed from scratch many times. Still not working with the same error.

Please try temporarily disabling any antivirus or firewall software that is on your computer, then attempt to scan again. Sometimes these programs can block the scanning process.
