Our MG5420 has worked fine for quite some time, but just recently, if the printer has been idle for a while, it won't print unless we physically turn off the printer, then turn it back on. It then prints anything in the que. I did download the latest drivers, but that did not solve the issue. This is with both our laptops, mine (Windows 7) and my wife's (Windows Vista). And now my wife's iPad says it cannot find the printer. Any suggestions? Strange it worked great for so long, then suddenly it starts acting up. We have not changed anything in regards to the network, same cable modem, same wireless router, same laptops... thanks, Al
