MG5420 lacks detail. Prints are too soft and lack good color quality and crispness.

I have tried default and manual adjustments.  I have tried Canon, Epson, and Kirkland paper.  The results are disappointing, to say the least.  Details are fuzzy, color appears flat.  No crispness in the print.

The problem has been resolved by only using Canon papers.  Thanks to Canon expert via telephone.
