My scanner has suddenly decided not to work.
When I press start (Black or colour), it states:
Processing..... Please wait momentarily.
After about 30 seconds, it simply reverts to the previous screen (Doc.type <auto scan>)
In Devices and Printers in Windows, I can scan but it does not give me all the options (such as PDF).
Running a diagnostic shows everything is fine.
I used to get a message on the PC saying please wait, scanner warming up. This no longer happens.
