I have a Canon MG2550 which won't print a full A4 sheet, it cuts off the last centimetre leaving a gap at the bottom of the page which is rather frustrating. I had given up on this printer but have now had to start using it again.
I have gone through all the obvious paper setting options, have it set at A4, have been through every option there is, but nothing will make it print the whole page. It happens in various different programmes so is the printer, rather than the settings.
Any ideas anyone for anything I can try before it heads off to the printer graveyard?
