To try and get the ink to print, please remove the black ink cartridge from the unit and ensure that no tape is left on the bottom of the ink cartridge, then reseat it in the printer. Once this has been done, please perform a print head alignment on the unit by following the steps shown here, and a print head cleaning on the unit by following the steps shown here to see if this will help.
