Dear Experts
Let me first tell you about our network.
We have one Wireless Modem (Dongle), one Printer (MF8580) and 7-8 Computers (Laptops + Desktops)
Initially, what I did is to configure the Printer using the steps given in the manual.
All went fine, Printer appeared on Network and I Installed it on all computers.
Next Day, When they turned on the Dongle, it appeared that Printer received another new IP, hence causing break a link between computers.
Now, No computer is able to Print.
On the other hand, when I tried to enter the static IP in Manual Acquire Option, it appeared as Disabled.
Even after switivhing the Auto Acquire = Off - Restart, Auto Acquire becomes ON itself.
Here, I have two questions:
1- Is it the right way to Add Manual IP in our network environment ?
2- If yes, then What am i missing here that the manual option is not getting Enable ?
Your urgent and detailed reply would be helpful.
Regards - Yasir
