I have a Canon Pixma MP230 which was working fine until recently, the colour cartridge ran out so I replaced it but once I did that the printer only prints in black.
The 'light' on the printer indicating whether it will print in color or black is stuck to the 'black' option
I have tried pressing the color button but this just starts a scan and does not change the printer color option.
I have also tried changing the properties in the printing properties on my desktop but this does not work either.
I am using the Canon Pixma MP230 all-in-one on a Windows XP machine and unfortunatly no longer have the user manual.
Can anyone help?
