I have a Canon MP620. I have been trying to print off things from my computer and it work perfectly fine last week. Now it is saying Error there is no paper. Load paper. I have cleaned the roller.. and I have tried one paper and i have tried a whole pile of paper. it will not print!!??

Hi melissarivera27,

Please try printing a test page. To do this, please load letter-sized paper in the PIXMA MP620 and follow these steps:

1. Press <HOME>.

2. Rotate the menu to Settings and press <OK>.

3. Press <OK> on Maintenance.

4. Press <OK> on Nozzle Check Pattern.

5. Press <OK> on Yes.
