Lide 110 full platen scanning

Hi,

When scanning, e.g., a letter size document - is there anyway to set up the scanner so that is scans the entire area of the glas? - i.e., in effect adding white space below where the document ends.

I'm encountering the same issue - what was your solution?  Is it possible to use the full area of the platen?
