IX6820 lights flashing continuously

tried unplugging.  No change. Lights continue to flash white then yellow.  Any suggestions or did it just die?

thanks fo r reviewing this. I did actually turn to manual . Error code I got was 6900. and the answer is - contact Canon Support. this is why I think it is dead internally.
