I think Canon feels very great of customer service provided to printer owners with U052 printhead error.
I am sure they put it somewhere in Terms of Service that they legally can do whatever they want with my printer, and well, I accepted it.
But I think as a customer I have right to buy-use-return every single Canon printers in every single retail store until I find the right one!!
What do you think so guys? Do you think it is fair deal?
