We also need to know if you're seeing any error messages either on your printer or on your Android device. It is also helpful to know which Android device you are using as well as the version of Android it has, and the app you're using to print.

Hello.
Please make sure that your tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi router as the printer and your computer. You may also have to power the tablet off and back on again to refresh the connection.
