I have purchased a new MG3650 and set up is not completing properly. I am trying for 2 days now but a lot of things do not work.
The scanner does not work at all giving me an error code 5,156,69
the wifi connection does not work with my windows 10 laptop but it sometimes work with my samsung smartphone but never with the iphone.
This was supposed to be easy.
Please help... I cannot spend another day doing this... prefer to return it and get my money back.
