I have a Canon MX472 printer and Windows 10. I cannot print a test page.

I have a Canon MX472 printer and have always had problems printing with Windows 10. I cannot print a test page and get the message that the printer is not responding. Under devices it is listes as Canon MX470 series printer. I have reinstalled and still no success.

So we can better assist you, please let us know if you have the printer connected wirelessly or via USB cable, and if you used the installation CD or drivers downloaded from the Canon USA website to install the printer.
