Please try printing a nozzle check pattern as follows:
(1) Press the 
(Maintenance) button to display A.
(2) Press the Color or Black button.
The nozzle check pattern will be printed.
Examine the nozzle check pattern.
Check if there are missing lines in the pattern (1) or horizontal white streaks in the pattern (2).
If you are missing any of these areas, please make sure there is no orange protective packaging tape on the ink cartridge. However, if you do see every section above, please try printing from a different application to see if the issue remains.
