How to reset 5B00 code on ip6220 printer

Please inform me how to reset the code.  I had been notified previously that the toner collector was getting full, but could continue to use the printer by pushing the OK button, but this no longer works

Since the waste ink absorber is full in the unit and the printer is displaying the 5B00 error, the printer will require servicing.  We ask that you please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.
