Hello.
When printing on T-Shirt Transfer media, please change the Media Type setting to T-Shirt Transfer before printing. This can be specified in the print menu of your software.
If you need assistance with locating the Media Type options, please tell us what version of Windows or Mac OSX is on your computer.
