Your Canon printer's model number should be printed in plain view on the top and/or front of the unit. It most likely starts with a couple of letters--such as iP, MP, MX, MF, MB, or LBP, to name a few--followed by as many as four numbers.
Once you find this, you should be able to find the appropriate drivers on our web site, found at http://usa.canon.com
