Has anyone been able to trouble shoot a Canon MG5320 printer whose paper won't catch?

I love this printer and it has always worked great but now I can't get paper to catch. I've tried adding less or more adjusting the tay width. And the error message is: Cassette: no paper. Load paper adn select ok. Has anyone had any luck trouble shooting this? It definetly seems mechanical rather than software related.

Hello.

Please try the following to see if we can resolve your issue:

1. Turn the printer off.

2. Unplug the power from the printer for at least 5-10 minutes.

3. While unplugged, remove any paper from the unit.

4. Double check for any obstructions found in the unit or paper paths.

5. If no obstructions are found, plug the power back in and turn the unit on.

Once this has been done, load a few clean sheets of paper in the unit and try printing again.
