So that the Community can help you better, we need to know which Canon printer model you're using and exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof). E560. I didn’t have this issue earlier. Yesterday I changed my router. But I am connecting the printer to laptop wired so changing the router should not impact
