My G7020 prints the black color with tones of brown when I print in color. However, if I print in grayscale, the black color looks black.
All other colors look fine.

Hi ocarrasco90,
Please print a test page. To do this, please load plain paper in your G7020's cassette and then follow these steps:
1. Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your G7020 one time.
2. Press the right arrow 4 times to select Maintenance and press OK.
3. OK on Nozzle Check.
A test page will print.
Please take a picture of the page that just printed and then please attach it to your reply of this post.

My G7020 used to print photos with correct black tones. It now prints them with a brown tone. I've tries all the maintenance options. Printing in color or greyscale doesn't change the result. I'm using glossy paper. I'm using Canon ink.

The test image you posted looks good to me, blacks are black and grays are gray. What glossy paper are you using? Some can really skew colors.
