Help - I have done everything I can to clean my nozzles, it now says my next step is to do a nozzle burst - but that requires me to access the remote UI - I have tried both my serial # and entering "canon" - both just bump me back to log in screen. I have changed my cookies to accept all (that was a suggestion in the Canon information) - nothing is working.
Help?

Greetings,
Information from the support portal. For the G620, the username should be admin and the printer's serial number in upper case for the password. If that doesn't work, it must have been changed. You will need to contact support for reset assistance.
