I have yet to hear from anyone on a solution.  Canon Pixma 3100 series - error code P01 what do I do?

This error typically indicates that one of the ink cartridges needs replacing.  Please check the ink levels to verify.  However, if the error remains after replacing the ink, please unplug the printer for at least ten minutes.  Should the issue persist, please click on the following "CONTACT US" link for further assistance.  Thanks so much!
