Error Message

My Pixma MX850 printer showed an error message stating "B200".  I could find nothing to help me in my "Quick Start Guide" and the "Setup CD-ROM" no longer helps.  Do you have any idea what my problem is?  Thank you!

Hi JohnGB,

The B200 error is a non-user servicable error which means your PIXMA MX850 would require service.

You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program.  This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.  This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
