Error Code 204 - MX492

Printer keeps flashing Error Code 204.  Manual says turn off, unplug and replug and turn on  If error persist please contact tech service.  Please help.

What specific printer (model number) are you using? It would also be helpful to know what computer and operating system you're using along with how you have your printer connected (wired or wireless?).

It is a wireless connection.  Model MX492.  Serial # KJVG[redacted for privacy]
