I downloaded an update to the driver for my PIXMA TS8220 within the last week. When I attempted to print out a multi-page document this afternoon the printer did not print on both sides of the paper. It appears that the duplex function no longer works.
This printer is used in conjunction with a MacBook Pro using the most current available Mac OS.
Is there anything I can do to restore the duplex function? Please advise.

Hi WSugarman.
What application are you printing from?
What version of OSX is installed on your computer?

Printing off of Adobe Reader; I am on a MacBook Pro (13-inch, mid-2012) using Mac OS Mojave (10.14.6).

Hello.
Make sure that the Two-sided box is being checked before printing. Visit the following link for details on how to locate this setting in the print menu.
