Does TS7700 printer work with Windows 11?

HLily

Hello,

I recently bought a TS7700 all in one printer. I am contemplating moving from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro and wanted to be sure my printer will continue to work. Do I need different software or drivers for Windows 11?

Thanks!

Thanks for joining the conversation, HLily!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA TS7700 series.  The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the lower right corner. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

Thanks so much for the reply. It is the TS7720. I just got it a few months ago and wanted to be sure it would work with Windows 11 if I do upgrade my laptops. And also, if any different software or drivers would be needed for the different OS. I currently have Win 10 22H2 and the printer/scanner works great on that.

Thanks for an help you can offer!

Thanks! Great news!!

So the drivers and software I downloaded when I first set up the new printer with Win 10 will work if I upgrade the laptop to Win 11?

Greetings,

In some instances, peripheral devices have to be reinstalled after an operating system upgrade.  If it doesn't work after the upgrade, uninstall it restart and reinstall using the drivers for Windows 11.
