Changed cartridge and I can't get rid of error message TR 4720

I have some medical paperwork that I need to print and I changed the ink cartridge and I keep getting the error message that it is not installed properly.  I know that it is in there correctly and this is a new printer.  I have a Canon TR 4720.  Can someone please help me please?

What is the error that appears on the display of your PIXMA TR4720?

What error code appears at the top of the display on your printer?

Please open the cover to you printer so you can see the ink cartridges.  What is all of the text on each label of the ink cartridges installed?
