I have loaded glossy photo paper in the rear tray of the canon pixma TS5151 printer but I keeps saying that the cassette tray is empty and wants to print from there.
Please verify that the printer that you own is the PIXMA TS5151. If this is the case, it is recommended that you contact Canon in the region in which your PIXMA TS5151 was purchased, as this is not supported by Canon USA.
