CanonMG5320 (Pixma) goes through the motions but doesn't print; plenty of ink; tried restart. Help

I've had a Canon MG5320 (Pixma) for just over a year and it just stopped printing yesterday.  Printer still goes throught the motions, as if it's printing, but there's no ink on the page afterwards.  Ink cartridges are full; I've tried unplugging it to restart it, without success.

We recommend performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer to try and get the ink to print on the page.  To perform the cleanings, please follow the steps located at the link below:
