The G6020 does not have user replaceable ink absorbers or a waste ink tank.
This model was released about 7 years ago. It comes with a 1-year warranty. Canon still sells this model but I haven't seen it for sale at local retailers.
if it's within its warranty period You can contact Canon support for free service options. If it's outside of warranty, I would probably investigate local repair since the cost to ship and repair might exceed the replacement cost.
