To try and resolve the issue, please ensure that the printer is laying on a flat surface with nothing underneath it, and that the paper output tray has room to fully extend. You will also want to ensure that the Paper Thickness Lever is set to the left side if you are printing on any other type of paper other than envelopes or T-Shirt transfers; if printing on envelopes or T-Shirt transfers, you will want to have the Paper Thickness Lever set to the right side.
