My printer prints blurry text, but the tests prints keep coming out normal. I've never had this issue before. US letter sized prints of pages. Scanner images print the same way. I tried cleaning (even though tests prints looked fine). Any idea what my fix might be?

You can try performing a print head alignment on the unit by following the steps located here to see if this will resolve the issue.  If the problem continues, please try cleaning the encoder film of the printer by following the steps located here.
