Hey,
I’ve tried every troubleshoot I’ve found online.
My canon TS5320 is connected to my WIFI network but I cannot add my printer in my system preferences menu on my MacBook.
When I select “add printer” nothing shows up. I’ve even tried using the IP address, nothing.
I reset the settings on my printer. I downloaded the canon utility driver on my laptop and reset up my printer through that. But still nothing.
My printer and laptop are on the same network. There are no software updates that I need. I’ve thought of everything.
