Hi, no problems with my canon printer until today when it says it's offline even though it's powered on and so I go through forums and realize maybe my firewall is on so that's the issue. I try again and it's still not connecting and still not printing, but the printer did print out a blank sheet of paper so it was functioning. Now, I press the network button trying to reconnect it to my network or figure out what is causing the offline status issue, and then it all of a sudden the triangle flashes orange along with the power button flashing yellow continuously.
I tried the assistant fixer online but it's not working, nothing is connecting. Is it possible to hard reset? I held 'stop' button for a long time and it's still flashing on and off. Please help, there was no issue with my printer at all before and suddenly nothing is working or reacting, just the triangle is flashing!
