Canon 3600 series - received error code 5100 - ink cartridges were fine however, paper was jammed. Removed jammed paper, made sure no paper left in printer. Tried to print again, same thing happened. How do I fix this so I can print my documents?
Thank you,
Rhonda Hall

Hi, rhondahall!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using, as we've made both a single function PIXMA iP3600 and a multifunction PIXMA MG3600 series. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, our US-based technical support team is standing by ready to help 24/7 via email at http://Canon.us/SupportCF or by phone at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) weekdays between 10 AM and 10 PM ET (7 AM to 7 PM PT). Hi Danny,
Thank you for replying to me. I have a Canon Series MG 3620 printer. I also tried do the realignment process as the manual suggested as well and the alignment is still off and still jamming.
Thank you for your help,
Rhonda
