Hi,
I have just changed my black ink cartridge - all checked beforehand, correct cartridge etc. Went to test print and I am receiving the error printer not responding.
I have checked previous messages on here about turning off computer and printer and restarting - done all that to no avail.
Please can you let me know how to fix this problem.
Regards

Hello.
If your computer is being used wirelessly, make sure that your computer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.

Why do you people constantly assume printers are wirelessly connected? You could have at least provided a solution for both wireless and USB. As it is, I'm already nearing the end of my tether with this waste of space garbage product.
Canon printer? Never again, and I'll be advising others to avoid them too!
