My Pixma iP4200 will not print black ink, even after cleaning repeatedly and following the forum instructions, but now it will not print at all since the status frame only shows "Collecting Printer Status". What can I do to get past the "Collecting Printer Status"? Then I will have to re-start my "no black ink" problem.
