Canon Pixma MG6620 back vertical stripe when copying or scanning

Can anyone help solve this problem? A black vertical stripe appears on the left side of print outs when copying or scanning only. The stripe is about 1/2 inch wide. I've cleaned al lthe glass several times and reinstalled all software but the problem still exists. Thank you.
