Hello,
I cannot get anything printed from the PGBK cartridge anymore. The cartridge is full, and I have just performed a full cleaning of the print heads (including a manual cleaning by removing the printheads from the printer and flushing them with water). All other cartridges print fine, but the PGBK doesn't appear at all on the test page.
Any idea of the possible cause of this issue and how to solve it?

Hello, thanks for the advice. I just wonder... is it worth contacting technical support to repair a printer which is worth so little money? I guess the repair will cost me more than purchasing a new one, which is a shame...
