Canon Pixma MG2950 No options listed in the line for "Scan". Seems to be missing "IJ Scan Utiility"

IJ Scan Utility seems to be missing from the CD, and cannot download it.

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium.

This is a new Printer/Scanner which I just connected today.

It works fine for printing, but I haven't been able to scan with it yet.

I previously had a HP Printer/Scanner for several years.

It's ok now, I fixed it. I reinstalled the software again from the CD.

Now the Scan line is full of options; Auto Scan, Photo Scan, Document Scan, Custom Scan, Scan Settings, Start ScanGear.
